Board of Directors
Kathy Laster
Kathy Laster, a clinical psychologist, obtained her Ph.D. in Counseling
Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. She has a Masters in Community
Counseling from Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City
University. She has more than 13 years of business management experience
with AT&T and Southwestern Bell. She chairs the Quality Committee and Strategic
Planning Task Force, is a past president of the Oklahoma State University
Alumni Association and belongs to the American Psychology Association.
Mark Finley
Mark Finley graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1976 with a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting. He was president of Finley Cleaners Inc., until
June 2001. Currently, he serves on the board for Arvest Bank and the Pottawatomie
County Housing Authority. Finley is a former Chamber of Commerce Director.

Robert Barnard, Ed.D.
Robert Barnard, Ed.D., received his Doctorate of Education from the University
of Oklahoma. After his career in the military, he worked for the Shawnee
public schools as a teacher, principal and assistant superintendent. Currently,
Barnard teaches as an adjunct professor for Seminole State College. He has
served on numerous community boards, as a city commissioner and is a past
Vice Mayor of Shawnee.
John A. Robinson,
M.D.
John A. Robinson, M.D., is a board certified ophthalmologist who received
his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Kansas. For more than
20 years he has volunteered his time as a Clinical Assistant Professor of
Ophthalmology at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. Dr. Robinson
is the founder and owner of Robinson Eye Institute, PC.

Michelle Briggs
Michelle Briggs is an established insurance agent, banker, business consultant
and lecturer. She attended the University of Arkansas and graduated from
the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking in Madison. Briggs
has more than twenty-five years of experience and accomplishments in insurance,
banking and finance with related health care experience.
Charles E. (Chuck) Skillings
Charles E. (Chuck) Skillings was appointed CEO for Shawnee Regional Hospital
in January 2000. Before this, he served as Senior Vice President/Chief Operations
Officer since November 1992. He has worked in the area of physician recruitment
and served as the Director of the Emergency Medical Services. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors of the Shawnee Economic Development Foundation,
Hospital Casualty Company, REACT Emergency Medical Services and is a Trustee
for St. Gregory's University

Darrell Coker
Darrell Coker attended business courses at Oklahoma Baptist University.
He is a retiree of AT&T, where he worked for 30 years. He has served on
various boards including the Tecumseh Public School Board and the Shawnee
District Bill Federal Credit Union. He has served on the Pottawatomie County
Hospital Authority Board for more than 10 years. He now spends his time
farming and ranching.
Rev. Lawrence Stasyszen,
O.S.B.
Rev. Lawrence Stasyszen, O.S.B. is president of St. Gregory's University.
He holds a doctoral degree in sacred theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum
of St. Anselm in Rome. He has been a member of St. Gregory's Abbey for 17
years, serves as its vocational director and is a member of the Abbey's
Senior Council. Stasyszen also has been named to the Archdiocesan Commission
for Justice and Human Development.

J. Michael Adcock
J. Michael Adcock, attorney, has served in various management positions
in publicly traded energy companies. He is currently the Chairman of Arvest
Bank of Shawnee and serves on the Board of Directors of Unit Corporation;
a New York Stock Exchange energy company headquartered in Tulsa. He also
comanages the Don Bodard Trust and serves on several community boards. Adcock
is well-known for his involvement and work in the Shawnee community.

Sudhir Gupta, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Sudhir Gupta, M.D., F.A.C.C., is a board certified cardiologist. He graduated
from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. Since November of
1986, he has been in private practice in the Shawnee/Seminole area. He completed
his residency in Internal Medicine in 1983 and his fellowship in Cardiology
two years later.
Glen Hanson, M.D.
Glen Hanson, M.D., is a board certified general surgeon. He attended medical
school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his
residency at Baylor University Medical Center. In 1986, Dr. Hanson received
the Florence C. Kelly Prize for Academic Achievement. He is a member of
the American Medical Association and the American Society of General Surgeons.

Stephen Trotter, M.D.
Stephen Trotter,
M.D., is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He received his doctorate
of medicine from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and completed
his residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. Dr. Trotter
is a member of the American Medical Association and the Oklahoma State Medical
Association. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians
and Gynecologists and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
Mike Warwick
Mike Warwick, attorney, received his undergraduate degree and juris doctorate
from the University of Oklahoma. He has been in private practice for 27
years, specializing in corporate law. Warwick is a member of the Pottawatomie
County and Oklahoma Bar Associations. He currently serves as president of
Sine Nominee, a community choir. He is also a past board member of the Shawnee
Country Club.
Chris Howard
Chris Howard is the regional president of SSM Health Care of Oklahoma. Chris
joined the SSM organization in 1995 and most recently was executive vice
president of SSM Health Care of Oklahoma and Healthfirst Physician Management
Services. Chris has more than 18 years of experience in health care administration,
with special experience working with medical staff. He is a member of the
American College of Health Care Executives and a host of other professionals
organizations.
Charles Shields
Charles Shields graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and physics and earned a Masters in mathematics from Oklahoma State University. Shields is the federal programs manager for 26 schools, Board of Education collective bargaining agent, and Board of Education trainer. Over the years, Shields has been a coach, teacher, principal and superintendent at several area schools. In addition, he was an adjunct professor at East Central University, St. Gregory's University and Oklahoma Baptist University.
Linda Praytor
Linda Praytor graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Oklahoma City, and the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Praytor's experience in healthcare ranges from being a registered nurse at several hospitals over the years including Mission Hill Hospital and Shawnee Regional Hospital to being the current owner/operator of two skilled nursing facilities in the area, Sunset Estates Nursing Home in Tecumseh and Rose Manor Nursing Center in Shawnee. Praytor is also the owner and operator of Fidler Angus Ranch and Honeysuckle Rose Garden, both in Tecumseh.
